Spectacular is really the only way to describe La Hacienda Event Center and staff. The wedding was perfect. All parts of the facility, from the Bride's room to the reception area were beautiful. The staff was amazing. Our coordinator Gaby worked through Facebook and email to keep in touch with the bride and groom in another part of the world and the day of she was everywhere. She kept everything running so smoothly we didn't have to think or wonder what was next, the "little things" really made a great difference - she provided ice water for the bride and groom after the ceremony and a blow torch to light the sparklers to say goodbye and everything in between! The recommended vendors, DJ, bartender, and florist were fabulous. The flowers from Wild Bunches Floral were stunning. The in-house DJ played a great variety of music and kept the reception moving beautifully. Thank you Memory Lane for a day we will always remember with joy.
Memory Lane was a beautiful venue for our wedding. We had a large wedding party coming from all over Texas and beyond that loved the idea of being able to stay the night and spend more time together. Our family from NYC were impressed by the rustic Texas Hill Country and they had nothing but good things to say about the venue. The event coordinators were fantastic. They helped me plan the wedding starting from more than a year in advance. They were professional, responsive, flexible and very kind. I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding because they took care of it all. The venue was affordable, stunning, and our guest really enjoyed!
My (now) husband and I were looking for a venue that could make the wedding process easy, provide overnight accommodations, need minimal added decorations, and be reasonably priced - a tall order indeed. After visiting Memory Lane during an open house, we toured the property, met the staff, and knew this was the place for us. Throughout the planning process, the staff was so helpful with tips, recommendations, and ideas - and adjusted when I decided I wanted to make a change (like go with wooden farm tables for the head table). We rented the venue the night before the wedding to also have the rehearsal dinner - and they also helped us with setting up for this event! Everyone talks about how stressful it is to plan a wedding - this crew helped me actually have fun! Right before walking down the aisle, I started to cry - the staff was right there with a tissue for me and a drink for me immediately after the ceremony! I could not have asked for a better venue or staff to help us celebrate our big day - I can hardly wait to get our photos!
My husband and I got married at Memory Lane. There was zero doubt in my mind that's where I wanted to get married. I knew, before I even met my husband. ;) The venue and staff completely exceed my expectations. I was able to have a relaxing day, knowing that my wedding was in the BEST hands possible! As a bride, that was my goal. I didn't want to have to stress that day and especially didn't want my mom to stress! We all got to enjoy the day and I was able to enjoy my morning with my girls. They had everything down to a timeline and guided us throughout the day. At the reception the ladies kept our glasses, bellies, and hearts full. The ladies of Memory Lane are the most professional, fun, and focused ladies in the business. As little girls, you dream of that special day and how it will be. I never imagined that it would have been that magical. You all truly made our day the best day ever. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We got married on 12/30/17 at La Hacienda and it went beautifully! All the staff we worked with were beyond helpful, prompt, professional and super nice. Our two day-of coordinators, Uleta and Thalia, were AMAZING! They helped make our special day run without any hiccups (at least that we were aware of:)) and were so sweet and fun to work with! The venue couldn't have been more perfect for our group of about 110 people. We used the chapel since it was cold outside and it was so lovely and intimate. We hired two on-site sitters to watch the handful of kiddos we had and it worked out great! LH suggested we have pizza delivered to their room which was a big a hit with the kids. We also rented the 8 person house at the back of the property (La Hacienda Inn) for our parents and grandparents to stay since it was so close. The logistics worked out beautifully! The majority of the vendors we worked with were recommended/preferred vendors of LH and they were all so easy and awesome to work with - they all had lovely things to say about LH too so that made us feel pretty good about our venue choice - everything turned out so great and looked amazing! We definitely recommend La Hacienda if you're looking for a beautiful, competitively priced venue with amazing staff! We're still getting compliments on our wedding, so THANK YOU LH! Our wedding day at Memory Lane was everything I could have hoped for and more. The coordinators at MLEC were incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process, and were always available to answer my questions. They even let my husband and I go over there to practice our dance so we could see how much room we'd have! The wedding day itself was really such a blur with hair and makeup and taking pictures, I don't know what I would have done without Gaby and Rachel coordinating everything for me. I didn't have to make a single decision and didn't feel the need to check on every little thing because I knew they would take care of it. We can't thank everyone at MLEC enough for giving us the most amazing memories!
My husband and I got married at Memory Lane a couple weeks ago and we are still over the moon about how perfect the day was. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and the perfect amount of space. The ladies of Memory Lane are one of a kind, they really do walk with you every step of the way through the engagement season. We purchased the day of event service and it was the best decision we could have made. The ladies of Memory Lane handled every little detail on the day of the wedding so I could shift off work mode and just be fully present in each part of the wedding day. The genuine, sweet, and good hearted nature of the Memory Lane ladies made all the difference and they really worked as hard as they could to make the wedding day everything my husband and I had every dreamed of. I will also say, being someone who is huge on organization and planning, I must say that the ladies of Memory Lane are extremely organized and on top of their game. Best decision we made (after choosing each other forever) was choosing Memory Lane Event Center. Everything about Memory Lane made sense for our wedding day, the reception hall and outside ceremony space was gorgeous, the girls we got to work with were better than the best, and the overnight lodge was perfect. Our wedding day was made absolutely perfect thanks to the coordinators at Memory Lane- Uleta, Rachel, and Gaby are fabulous in every way. Not once did I have to worry about any of the small details I had been driving myself crazy with over the past 4 months. As soon as I got on site, everything fell into place and the wonderful women there took over. They know how to make a bride feel important, taken care of, and special. We got so many compliments on how well organized and smooth every single transition was - all credit due to these wonderful ladies. Thank you for making our day worry-free and hassle-free. Absolutely a plus that we got to stay and party on site after all of our guests left. My family stayed at the lodging on the La Hacienda site the night of and before the wedding. The house was cozy and Scott was the perfect host! Everything about Memory Lane makes you feel at home. Thank you for such an amazing experience. Unforgettable! A++++++!
Wow! Where do I even begin with how incredible Memory Lane is and how AMAZING the staff was. My husband and I got married on 6/10/17 and it was truly the most incredible day of both of our lives. From the second we stepped foot on the property, we knew that this was THE PLACE for our wedding and did not need to look at any other venues. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful hill country backdrop and an elegant ambiance. I cannot count how many people came up to us to tell us what a beautiful venue it was. In addition, the staff there is incredible and so attentive. Uleta, Gaby, and Rachel went above and beyond to help me plan the wedding of my dreams and literally helped me every step of the way. It was also such a blessing that they gave us a list of amazing vendors that we could choose from and they also have an INCREDIBLE on site florist (Wild Bunches) who were extremely helpful and made all of my ideas come to life. I also made the decision to get a day of coordinator, and it was seriously the best decision! Uleta and Gaby made sure everything that day went off without a hitch. It took so much stress off of my husband and I to know that everything was taken care of. They made sure we had food as soon as we walked in to the reception and that we had our drink of choice all night. What surprised us the most was that they boxed up generous helpings of food and cake left over and packed it in our refrigerator in the honeymoon sweet. This was so incredible after a long night of craziness to come into especially since we really didn't have time to eat during the reception. They also have a full size house on property for your whole bridal party to stay in. This made everything super convenient, and it was incredible to hang out with our bridal party after the reception and just relax in the hot tub. We cannot recommend this place enough!
My husband and I got married at La Hacienda on May 11th and it was everything we ever hoped for! From the day we put down our deposit to the actual day of we received spectacular service from every single coordinator we spoke to. Those girls are on top of their game and really make the planning process really easy. They provide their preferred vendors list and answer any questions you may have through out the planning process quickly and efficiently. We had rain and even HAIL 15 mins before our ceremony was to start , Uleta & Thalia kept us calm and reassured us everything was going to be just fine and that is exactly what happened. The skies cleared up as I was ready to walk down the aisle, it was perfect! The property in itself is so beautiful and well kept. Our guests complimented us choosing such an amazing venue. All in all you cannot go wrong with choosing Memory Lane and/or La Hacienda as your wedding venue! It really is a dream come true!

After months of planning our dream wedding, we can gladly say "We're married!", and it was all due to the massive help from Memory Lane staff. From the very beginning everyone was super helpful- and we needed a lot! From planning to final meetings to the big day, we were happy with how everything turned out.
Our wedding was perfect! No stress, all of us started on time, and the coordinators are LIFESAVERS! I would have had no clue when to walk down the aisle, when to first dance, how to throw a bouquet, without these girls. They helped us immensely throughout the day and we are so pleased with how everything turned out. Our families were so happy to be able to enjoy the day without running around for us- thank you to all of the Memory Lane family that made this happen!
We also used the in house florists, Wild Bunches, which was amazing and so easy. Our bouquets were colorful, exactly how I wanted them and they were really great working with our budget!
And after the whole shindig, we stayed in the residence after the wedding, which was ideal so our wedding party didn't have to drive back to hotels. I felt like a princess the whole day!

Memory Lane was one of the first venues I looked at in the Hill Country area before booking my wedding. I toured and talked with many, many after but kept going back to Memory Lane for many reasons. First of all, booking a wedding from 5 hours away is hard, and the ladies were SO extremely patient, attentive and kind during the process. The service and staff if what ultimately led me to book at Memory Lane for our October 10, 2015 wedding. Rachel totally NAILED my floral vision, and Gabby and Thalia are just about as sweet as they come. The ladies did an outstanding job of making me feel so special and listening to all my special requests. I feel so blessed to have shared my day with these special people. Thank you again, ML ladies. You really are the best!
My husband and I got married this past October at Memory Lane and it was the best decision! A beautiful venue in the hill country of dripping springs, spacious set ups for all our guests at the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception. Our wedding coordinators were perfect, followed everything I asked for to the T! I got a little behind on wedding planning but Gaby and the ML staff kept me on their radar with sweet phone calls and emails. So patient and so kind! The ML staff made our entire year leading up to our big day so easy and stress free! They even stayed on the phone with me the day before the wedding while I shopped at Hobby Lobby for last minute items and needed to know table sizes, number of benches, and last minute questions! The lodging is PERFECT for any wedding party. Great rooms, spacious living room/area for everyone to mingle and gather around. We hosted a brunch the next morning downstairs and their dining area held all of our guests comfortably. Our wedding day ran without any issues, and any changes my husband and I made they handled gracefully with a smile on their face. The venue on the hill top is perfect for any day with the constant breeze on top of the hill. Great for any season! Thank you Memory Lane for nailing our entire weekend. Forever grateful! I want to start off by saying WOW, what an experience!!! This was the first venue my husband and I looked at and knew right from the start this is the place we wanted to get married. Most of my family lives in Louisiana so I knew when planning a wedding I had to accommodate the out of towners. Memory Lane has lodging for 15 people-- we had even more than that and everyone was really comfortable. We ended up renting out the venue from Friday- Sunday and had our rehearsal dinner there Friday night! I had my whole bridal party stay the night so we could all bond, open gifts, and have a good time without having to worry about waking up early the next day and driving out to Dripping to start getting ready. Everyone raved how gorgeous it was during the wedding and at the reception. The staff was there every time we needed them and kept everything going smoothly. I HIGHLY recommend Memory Lane for anyone looking to get married in the beautiful hill country! A++
Memory Lane made our wedding day spectacular. The entire scenery is perfection and the lodging and accommodations are such a huge blessing. All of the girls on staff were so helpful and having the wedding day coordinator made my day of such a breeze and so much fun just spending time with my girls without worrying about ANYTHING. I am such a perfectionist and was SURE something would go wrong, but looking back it was absolutely perfect. I am so grateful we found Memory Lane and for all the ladies who work there to make life so easy on the brides ( and grooms). Being able to bring in so many vendors allowed us to save money where we were able and it all flowed so smoothly despite so many people involved. We lived in Houston the majority of our planning and they made long distance wedding planning a breeze. There is not a single thing we would change about our wedding day
I really can't describe how perfect everything turned out for our wedding. We went randomly to an open house at ML after being in Austin for a birthday weekend. This was the first place we looked at. I thought the area was just breath taking. Gabby talked to us the first day and we told them we were still looking but after a few weeks we knew that ML was the venue for us. The property is beautiful and the fact that you get the venue for 22 hours is a HUGE bonus. The extra time and sleeping space was really important to me when choosing this venue. I loved being able to have our wedding party stay on sight after the wedding with us to continue celebrating. Gabby was amazing. She worked with me through the months with any questions I had or forgetting anything important. I wasn't very set on what I wanted with several things so she was able to give me the best options & her opinions on different areas I wasn't too sure about. The day of coordinator was seriously needed. I didn't do much and I think that is because Gabby & Rachel just took care of everything. If I needed anything, I told them and like little fairies they made it happen. They were great about keeping us on schedule with all the different events. We had a bottle dropped on the dance floor and they made sure it was taken care of and everyone was back on the dance floor in no time. The next day the whole ML crew was there setting up and getting ready for another wedding but they were so sweet to stop and ask about our night and if we had a great time. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone. It was really a perfect place for our wedding and the staff here is just phenomenal
This Hill Country venue was everything we could have wished for. It was beautiful, well equipped, and ready to go with minimal effort on our part. However, what truly made this place amazing was the staff. Uleta and Gaby were so sweet, caring, and attentive to my needs. I literally had zero stress about my wedding. They took care of everything: from calling my vendors to confirm times to making sure we had food in our honeymoon suite. Every single detail was coordinated by them and they never missed a beat. What really blew me away was their genuine care. They went above and beyond. This is the perfect place to have your wedding!!!
I got married at Memory Lane, and it was amazing! The whole crew, especially Gaby & Uleta made the day go perfectly and very smooth! They are available to help you throughout the whole process, are very prompt & accommodating. And the venue is absolutely gorgeous!! It made the wedding weekend even more perfect that our families were able to stay at the venue all weekend to be closer! I don't have a single negative thing to say about the venue.
We had our wedding a few weeks ago and I am still so overjoyed with the great memories that we created. La Hacienda was the perfect place for our special day. The girls at Memory Lane were so helpful and everything went on without a hitch. Uleta kicked butt that night to help my coordinator get the job done. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend this venue. I loved that they had two ceremony locations. One inside that is absolutely beautiful. and one outside that was our preferred choice. Luckily we didn't have any rain so we had it outside but having a back up plan that doesn't cost the price of a tent rental was key. We loved the reception hall, it didn't require a lot of extra to make it look good. It looks good as is. I rented linens from them and they were ready to go and looked great. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Love you guys!
Memory Lane was the hands down choice when we started looking for a venue. We lived about three hours away and were worried about planning a wedding from so far away, so we wanted to make sure that the venue we booked would be able to meet our needs without us having to travel to them multiple times throughout the year of planning. We went to the open house and immediately fell in love! The rustic setting was perfect for us and the lodge to accommodate our bridal party was outstanding! The staff were all very helpful and most of what we needed to take care of was easily handled over email or on the phone. These ladies know what they are doing! We ended up booking the Friday before the wedding as well and that was a God-send. It was so nice to wake up at the venue on Saturday, have my hair and makeup done upstairs as well as my bridesmaids and not have the stress of having to drive somewhere! The wedding was perfect! I would highly recommend using the day-of coordinator that the venue offers, as they are incredible! They knew what I or the groom needed before we did and I do not think the day would have been as wonderful without them! After the reception, it was again nice to not have to go anywhere and just relax in the hot tube after the long day with my husband. Memory Lane was everything we expected and more. I would definitely recommend this venue to any bride seeking the perfectly rustic Hill Country wedding!
WOW!!! I don't even know where to begin... My husband and I just got married 2 weeks ago at their La Hacienda venue and we couldn't be any happier. All the staff is absolutely amazing. My coordinators were so attentive and helpful that I truly didn't have a single worry the entire day of my wedding! They took care of every single detail and always made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. I planned this wedding from out of town so all questions and concerns I had I would write through email and they would always respond within a couple of hours or sooner! Our guest were amazed by how beautiful the venue and local is! I could go on forever about how great everything was but I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone over at Memory Lane. Y'all sincerely made our Wedding day PERFECT and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

We had our wedding at La Hacienda Event Center and fell in love with the indoor chapel La Hacienda offers. We always pictured ourselves getting married in a chapel, but did not want to go through the trouble of having to travel from a chapel to our ceremony site..... La Hacienda took care of that for us! Everything went so smoothly and stress free thanks to the amazing wedding day coordinators helping us out that day, they were so patient, professional, and amazing at what they do! We also took advantage of their in house floral services provided by Wild bunches floral. My husband and I could not have picked a more perfect venue for our wedding. The staff is incredible and very responsive to all your questions. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly due to our day of coordinators (Rachel and Gaby). The in-house DJ (DJ Brian) was AMAZING as well as the in-house florists (Wild Bunches)! We just can't say enough good things about this place. My family also loved the convenience of the on-site rooms. These were great for our immediate family to stay in! The venue has a beautiful hill country vibe as well. If you choose Memory Lane you will not regret it!
I cannot speak highly enough about Memory Lane Event Center, their coordinators and Wild Bunches Floral. The day turned out so amazing... so much more wonderful than I could have ever imagined!! This was due in large part to the coordinators at Memory Lane, their attention to detail and desire to make your day come out beautiful and just as you envisioned. From the moment we stepped on the property a year and a half ago to visit and view the venue for the first time, we knew Memory Lane was where we wanted to get married. We loved the ceremony and reception site, we loved the warmth and friendliness of Thalia and her team and most of all we loved that the venue came with a 22 hour rental and with sleeping accommodations for our family members. We are family oriented and loved this about Memory Lane! We rented the venue from Friday to Sunday so we could have the rehearsal dinner and a central place where our family could spend time with one another throughout the weekend and this was wonderful!!! I highly recommend this!! After a year and a half of wedding planning and countless emails, phone calls and meetings with Thalia and her staff ( who were always so helpful, patient and wonderful) the day arrived and it could not have been any more perfect. There were 3 coordinators working on the day of the wedding and Steven and I agree that the day flowed so smoothly because of the coordinators, and how they really worked with us both before the wedding but also the day of to ensure that everything flowed just as we had planned and hoped for. Memory Lane... thank you so so much for all you did to help make the day for us such a success. Rachel, Gaby, Uleda and Thalia each of you are so amazing and I am beyond thankful for how helpful you each have been throughout the wedding planning and the day of the wedding. Going with this venue was hands down the best decision I made throughout the wedding process. The place is beautiful and everyone was so easy to work with. Thalia was an amazing coordinator and without her help I would have been lost. I cannot tell you how many people have come up to me to tell me how smooth my wedding went. Literally, nothing went wrong, nothing. I owe all the credit to Thalia and Memory Lane for all their hard work and planning. They gave me the wedding of my dreams.
I cannot say enough good things about Memory Lane. Rachel and the rest of the team are incredible at their jobs and everything they do is with a customer-oriented mindset. I felt so cared for throughout the entire process, and I told several people after our wedding day that I seriously did not stress about anything the entire day because Rachel and the girls had every single thing taken care of, down to the littlest touch. They thought of every last detail to make our day completely wonderful. And the facilities are like no other. So many guests commented on how beautiful the ceremony site was with the gorgeous oak trees and limestone. The grounds gave such a beautiful backdrop for photos. The reception hall was perfect, and being able to have our bridal party and their dates stay at the lodge was a huge bonus. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could - this is the best place to get married and I'm so glad we chose Memory Lane for our wedding!
Memory Lane is the perfect place for a Texas Hill Country wedding, and choosing it as our venue was the best decision we made for our wedding! The staff is an absolute dream and they truly care about your wedding. They are encouraging, flexible, and will respond to emails and phone calls almost immediately. They were so fun to work with and helped ease any wedding planning stress. We have received so many compliments about how beautiful our venue was, and the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch because of the amazing staff. If I had to plan my wedding all over again, I would choose Memory Lane in a heartbeat!
Memory Lane was the perfect spot for our wedding. It was the last venue we looked at and instantly knew that THIS was where we HAD to be married. Words cannot express the happiness my husband and I have as we are sitting here reminiscing about the picture perfect day we experienced at Memory Lane celebrating our brand new marriage with all of our friends and family. The staff was very patient, friendly, and most importantly informative throughout the wedding planning process. They were very prompt with emails and kind reminders for us throughout the year and a half we worked with them. The day of wedding coordinator is a MUST! The day of your wedding is a whirlwind and the staff makes everything easy and stress free. The lodging is wonderful and worked out well us and all of our out of town family members. We used the in-house DJ (Joshua was awesome) as well as several other in house options. All of the guests had a wonderful time and we still get compliments on the beautiful venue! Memory Lane is a fabulous place to have a wedding and the value cannot be beat!
I cannot say enough about Memory Lane! We found this place through a friend who had done some research in preparation for her wedding a few years ago. This was the third venue we visited and we both immediately fell in love! We booked it originally for April, but after discussions with family, we had to move it to June. Memory Lane staff quickly helped me find a new date that would work for us. We decided to hire the wedding coordinator and I am so glad we did! Gaby helped us with all the preparations and helped ease my concerns and answer all my questions via email and meetings. Gaby, Uleta and Rachel helped with the rehearsal and wedding day. Everything was so smooth. They made everything go so smoothly and we didn't have to worry about anything! I HIGHLY recommend this when booking Memory Lane!! We also loved Memory Lane because it was large enough to allow most of our wedding party to stay there. I loved being able to cook breakfast with everyone and not have to worry about traveling anywhere. I love this venue and wished we could have rented it for the entire week! Loved every minute of my wedding and it wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for Memory Lane and their staff! Thank you guys!
First let me say, the coordinators are superb. They're attentive, organized, and just excellent at what they do. I chose to mainly communicate about the wedding planning by email and they almost always answered within a few hours that same day. I highly recommend that everyone signs up for the coordinator package. I did not hire a wedding planner, so this was a life saver. There are also additional decorators you may need to add on to your package (the need for more decorators is determined by how complex the decoration list is that you provide to the coordinator; I did not need any additional decorators) We also chose Wild Bunches as the florist, which is on-site as well. During the times we drove up to the venue throughout the year we were able to have a meeting with both the ML and WB right after, which is a bonus time saver. ML was a one stop shop for us and we did not feel we compromised on anything - we chose their on-site "deluxe" bartender package, DJ, chair and linen rentals as well. We had rented the venue for the whole weekend and all of the wedding party checked in that Friday. The day of the wedding, there were 3 coordinators on-site and they came to touch base with me periodically throughout the day. You may be mostly isolated in the bridal room until the ceremony like I was, so it's a relief for the coordinators to tell you everything is coming together swimmingly. Any questions/issues that come up can also be addressed during this time. Not to mention that my decoration list, which I had thought may be confusing or lengthly, was carried out masterfully. Right when the ceremony is about to start, all the coordinators and DJ are in SWAT team mode and are communicating through mics so the timing is flawless. The DJ did a great job of fading out any songs that were too long so there are no weird abrupt music gaps. If you are doing a sparkler exit (if there is no fire ban), the coordinators completely and efficiently carries out the handing out of sparklers, lighting, and proper disposal. No worries about the logistics of a sparkler exit here. Leftovers from the delicious dinner are packaged and placed into your honeymoon suite and was also left in the main house refrigerator. This is awesome if you didn't get to eat much for dinner or could be a very fancy breakfast/lunch for the next day. The coordinators also would make sure you had the drink of choice in your hand all night as well! I cannot emphasize enough on how wonderful and priceless it is to not have to worry about any unnecessary issues/details on the day of your wedding. All my worries were limited to simply looking my best.
We came all the way from LA to have our wedding at Memory Lane and I am so glad we did. The minute we saw the venue, I knew it was the place I wanted to have my wedding and the staff could not have been more helpful and kind, catering to my needs. Everything was perfect and all of our guests were blown away by the venue and the staff.....I highly reccommend Memory Lane- they made my wedding day absolutely perfect!
Memory Lane was wonderful! It is a beautiful venue, and perfectly suited for our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful, flexible, and easy to work with! They were so accommodating to any last minute changes, and really helped make our wedding day perfect and stress-free. Our guests loved the venue, and our pictures are beautiful thanks to the naturally gorgeous space. We are so pleased with our choice of a wedding venue, and truly feel like Memory Lane was a perfect venue for us.
My husband and I looked at several venues in the Hill Country area and could not be more glad that we chose Memory Lane for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. The ceremony site, reception barn, and on-site house are absolutely gorgeous. Everything is well-kept and the grounds are nicely manicured in a way that the natural beauty is emphasized in the most beautiful way. Having the house on site was incredibly beneficial and helped make our whole experience more comfortable and less stressful.
While Memory Lane was perfect for us and absolutely beautiful, what really set it apart was the team that we got to work with. There are several pretty wedding venues in the Hill Country, but no one we interacted with was as great as Thalia, Rachel, Gaby, Uleta, and the rest of the Memory Lane Event Center Staff. From our first tour to checkout the day after the wedding, the entire team was patient, kind, and anticipated our needs, often even before we realized we needed them. They were so reassuring and understanding of our concerns. How they managed to ensure everything ran smoothly without getting right in the middle of activities and photoshoots, I’m not sure. But they were incredibly professional, and at the same time, felt like family. They were genuinely encouraging, kind and hospitable to all of our family and guests. They had many good ideas and recommendations, and while they made so many crazy requests happen for us, they also knew which Pinterest ideas were unrealistic or likely wouldn’t end up as we’d envisioned. It wasn’t a lack of cooperation on their part, but a much-appreciated conversation on practicality that really helped us have a beautiful, low-stress wedding.
On top of all this, their charges were very reasonable. Of all the venues we looked at (close to 50), Memory Lane was one of the least expensive and delivered the most. We got just what we wanted at a price our whole family agreed was a good one. There were no hidden or unexpected fees. Everything was super transparent and each time something new was discussed or changed, the team would send an updated invoice so that we could easily keep track of costs.
If I did it all over again, I would go straight to Memory Lane and avoid shopping around all the other venues.
